I loved the amazing view of the city lights from my room at night. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors provided an unobstructed view of the tall buildings across the Yarra River. The hotel's location on Southbank made it convenient to access the CBD and Flinders Street station. The staff were friendly, with Julia standing out as particularly helpful and efficient. The hotel facilities, such as the relaxation areas and the cafe downstairs, created a wonderful ambience. the breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the bacon.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the Riverside and within walking distance of AAMI stadium. We loved being able to easily access the city on foot or take major roads for trips out of town. The room was comfortable and had separate spaces for sleeping and relaxing, with sufficient storage for our belongings. The staff were efficient and friendly, making check-out a breeze.
It was a bit frustrating that the housekeeping was mediocre and sometimes overlooked things like tea and coffee. there were not enough fobs to access the carpark upon arrival, making it difficult to unpack our car and access it as needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the location. It was in a very convenient position for the city centre, which was only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room itself was great with plenty of amenities, including a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a balcony. There was also an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which was perfect for relaxing in after a long day out and about. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for city accommodation.
This place is not specifically geared towards families, but I would still highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.
